Privacy

Short version: no accounts, no cookies of our own, nothing about you stored on our servers.

URLs you test

When you run a speed, TTFB, render-blocking or page-size test, the URL is sent to our serverless function, which fetches that page and its resources and returns the timings to your browser. We don't keep the URL or the results. Our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps short-lived request logs for operations and abuse prevention.

HAR files

HAR files are read entirely in your browser and never uploaded. If you press "Explain my results", a short text summary — URLs, timings, sizes and status codes, but no headers, cookies or response bodies — is sent to an AI model via the Vercel AI Gateway to generate the explanation. It isn't stored by us.

AI explanations

The "Explain" feature only runs when you click it. The summary is processed by the model provider behind Vercel AI Gateway under their terms; we don't log its contents.

Stored in your browser

To be useful on return visits we keep, in your browser's localStorage only: your last eight tested URLs with their headline numbers, and the values you typed into the Core Web Vitals checker. Nothing is sent anywhere.

Clear my saved data

Analytics

We use Ahrefs Web Analytics, a cookieless analytics service, to count page views and referrers in aggregate.
